习惯性姿势不平衡:《姿势性脊柱侧弯》 

《脊柱侧弯》是指脊柱离开正中线向两侧偏曲。根据发生部位不同可分为胸椎侧弯、腰椎侧弯、胸腰联合部侧弯。脊柱侧弯可归类为:

I. 结构性脊柱侧弯:包括特发性、先天性、神经肌肉性等,脊柱结构以出现异常改变。
II.非结构性脊柱侧弯:包括姿势性、腰腿疼痛、间盘突出症等,主要与长时间坐姿不正确和运动不足有关。是个暂时性的脊柱侧弯,脊柱骨骼大多正常脊无破坏。

《姿势性侧弯》引起的症状有腰痛、肩膀僵硬、髋关节酸痛、双腿酸麻、五十肩、椎间盘受压、便秘等。

常见的不良姿势可导致肌力不平衡

 

不良姿势如单肩背或提着沉重的包包、站立时将重心放在一条腿上、“公爵夫人斜坐”、跷二郎腿都会导致腰部以上弯向一边,骨盆则弯向一侧,造成脊柱肌力不平衡,并引发肌肉痉挛。当肌肉痉挛时,脊柱向一个方向拉动,久而久之导致脊柱侧向弯曲。长期不纠正可发展成结构性脊柱侧弯。一旦原因消除,它可以恢复正常。
