习惯性姿势不平衡:《姿势性脊柱侧弯》 

《脊柱侧弯》是指脊柱离开正中线向两侧偏曲。根据发生部位不同可分为胸椎侧弯、腰椎侧弯、胸腰联合部侧弯。脊柱侧弯可归类为:

I. 结构性脊柱侧弯:包括特发性、先天性、神经肌肉性等,脊柱结构以出现异常改变。
II.非结构性脊柱侧弯:包括姿势性、腰腿疼痛、间盘突出症等,主要与长时间坐姿不正确和运动不足有关。是个暂时性的脊柱侧弯,脊柱骨骼大多正常脊无破坏。

《姿势性侧弯》引起的症状有腰痛、肩膀僵硬、髋关节酸痛、双腿酸麻、五十肩、椎间盘受压、便秘等。

常见的不良姿势可导致肌力不平衡

 

不良姿势如单肩背或提着沉重的包包、站立时将重心放在一条腿上、“公爵夫人斜坐”、跷二郎腿都会导致腰部以上弯向一边,骨盆则弯向一侧,造成脊柱肌力不平衡,并引发肌肉痉挛。当肌肉痉挛时,脊柱向一个方向拉动,久而久之导致脊柱侧向弯曲。长期不纠正可发展成结构性脊柱侧弯。一旦原因消除,它可以恢复正常。

习惯性的不良姿势:《含胸耸肩》

含胸耸肩是形容肩膀在休息时,向前伸屈,肩膀呈现耸起的状态,与脊椎的理想弧度不在同一条直线上。含胸耸肩的不良姿势又被称“妈妈姿势”。因为妈妈们长期抱娃姿势错误,导致久而久之形成危害健康的问题:头痛、肩膀和颈项僵硬、肩胛骨内侧酸痛。

 

《含胸耸肩》破坏脊椎的弧度,也压缩神经线和血管

经常长时间持续向下看,脖子像乌龟一样缩着使肩膀耸起,上半身向前倾等不良习惯都会导致《含胸耸肩》。例如:每天看智慧型手机或电脑、弯腰驼背的念书 、长时间坐着不动或少动、长途驾驶和经常弯腰提重物。含胸耸肩的危害不仅在外观看似缺乏信心矮小,对健康可大有影响。

肩胛骨错位,脊椎的正常弧度也被破坏,这将直接增加肩关节的压力,引致肌肉不平衡;胸大肌过紧及缩短,相对的肌肉—菱形肌和斜方肌中下束则被拉长及软弱。如果长期这样,肩关节上的肌长头肉很容易被磨损,造成“肩关节肌腱炎”。同时也压缩肌肉包围着的神经线和血管,引致睡眠不佳、头痛、扁头痛等。另外,含胸耸肩使脊椎弧度变异,也容易造成下背痛。
