Ordering

Once valid orders are placed and submitted to OWELL via the order form in the respective product page, the customer will receive an invoice within 1 working day from us. The invoice will include the shipping and handling charges in addition to the products’ price. (Please note that all prices indicated on the website do not include the shipping and handling charges).

Payment

Upon receiving the invoice and agreeing to the final amount, customers are required to follow the instructions and payment link in the invoice to make payment via Paypal. Another mode of payment available is Telegraphic Transfer (TT) and the bank details will be advised when this mode of payment is requested.

Delivery

OWELL deliver the products via Fedex internationally. We will send out the products within 1 working day after the payment has been verified and provide customers with the tracking number of the parcel.
