Ordering & Delivery


Once valid orders are placed and submitted to OWELL via the order form in the respective product page, the customer will receive an invoice within 1 working day from us. The invoice will include the shipping and handling charges in addition to the products’ prices. (Please note that all prices indicated on the website do not include the shipping and handling charges).



Upon receiving the invoice, customers are required to pay for their orders within a 24-hour timeframe (for ibanking users). For Paypal and credit card users, please follow the instructions and payment link in the invoice to make payment. For Paypal and credit card payment, verifications are immediate. Telegraphic Transfer (TT) option is also available. Please email info@owellbodycare.com to request for this option and the subsequent instructions and bank details will be further advised.



Local deliveries are handled by OWELL’s in-house delivery department. Upon payment verification, customers will be contacted to schedule a suitable delivery date and time. The delivery charge is a flat rate of SGD30. Should the customer’s total purchase amount exceed SGD100, this delivery charge will be waived. However, should customers reject the delivered items upon receipt, due to reasons unassociated with product defaults, the rate of SGD30 will apply.


International deliveries are handled by FedEx. Products will be sent out within 1 working day after payment verification, and tracking number of the parcel will be provided to the customers. Freight charges by FedEx for different products and different locations will be included in the invoice accordingly. Your items should reach you within 2 weeks.
