Warranty

Healthcare Warranty

1) A product with a warranty is valid from the date of purchase, duration is stated under the product details section.
2) The product warranty shall cease immediately or become void if unauthorised repair, tamper, alteration or modification is made to the product.
3) The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, stains, accessories (eg. batteries, knob, controller, adaptor, screen), loss of product, scratches or chips, re-polishing services, and damages due to abuse, misuse, negligence, fire, lightning accident Act of God, improper usage (eg. wrong electrical voltage not in accordance with instructions) or other events beyond our control.

4) This warranty only covers the main machine but not attached accessories.
5) This warranty does not cover any damage on any parts of the product due to abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents or non-observance of the directions for use such as the Basic Maintenance Advisory provided by OWELL Bodycare Pte Ltd
6) This warranty shall be deemed invalid and void if found to be incomplete, altered or defaced.
7) Original purchase receipt must be presented to our service staff at the time of service or repair.
8) Decisions made on all questions and complaints regarding the facts shall be conclusive.
9) When returning the product for warranty service, the sender is responsible for general expenses involved in postage, shipment, freight, custom tax and insurance for the product to the service centre. Please enclose your instructions for repair and a sample of photographs, if possible.
10) Charges will be imposed for any on-site service.

11) Should you experience any discomfort while using the product, please discontinue usage. The product should not be used as a substitute for any prescribed medical treatment. For your own safety and other healthcare reasons, you are strongly advised to seek medical consultation.
12) Customers are responsible for acknowledging on the receipt that the product purchased is in complete and good condition before leaving the shop.
13) In no event, shall OWELL Bodycare be liable for other expenses or inconvenience or for consequential damages associated with the product or by breach of an express or implied warranty with respect thereto.

14) The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without any further notification.
15) OWELL handles your personal data with care. All data collected will be used for warranty purposes or directly related purposes including marketing.

Germanium Warranty

1) The warranty period is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2) The product warranty shall cease immediately or become void if unauthorised repair, tamper, alteration or modification is made to the product.
3) The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, corrosion, stains, loss of product or loss of Germanium balls, scratches or chipping to Germanium balls, re-polishing, and damages due to abuse, or other events beyond our control.
4) Any damage on any parts of the watch due to abnormal or abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystals etc) incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions for use provided by OWELL Bodycare Pte Ltd will not be under Warranty.
