1. Cleaning Service

Over time, body oils and sweat may dull the Germanium surface. To ensure your accessories look brand new for as long as possible, we offer FREE cleaning service when you visit any retail outlet. The services include:

  • Rinsing in clean water and patting dry with a soft cloth
  • Dust removal with a soft brush
  • Ultrasonic technology for deeper cleaning 

2. Polishing Service

The colour of the Germanium (GE) balls may become dull over time. While this does not affect the health properties of the balls, Our team is dedicated to restoring your accessory’s color as close to its original state as possible through our professional polishing service, offered at a minimal charge.

NOTE: Our professional polishing service requires 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of your health accessory.

3. GE Ball Replacement Service

We understand accidents can cause your GE balls to chip, break, or go missing. That's why we offer a replacement service at a cost so you can continue to enjoy the health benefits of Germanium. Just bring down your accessory to our store and our friendly staff will assist you. 

4. Clip Tightening Service

Is your bracelet feeling loose? Book a store appointment with us for a FREE clip tightening so your accessory stays secure and stylish wherever you go.

5. Trade-In Service

If you are looking to replace your old, damaged, or worn-out health accessories for a brand new piece, simply bring them down to to any OWELL outlet to trade them in and enjoy a special price! ✨

Terms and Condition:

  • Services such as GE ball replacement and polishing are available at an additional cost. The final charges will depend on the condition of your health accessory. Please bring your accessory to any OWELL physical outlet for assessment by our staff.
  • OWELL reserves the right to decline accessories deemed unsuitable for after-sales services following assessment.
  • Our professional polishing service requires 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of your health accessory.
  • In the event of any dispute, OWELL's decision shall be final.
