Terms and Conditions

1. Participation:

  • All programme members must be 18 years of age or older.
  • To enroll in the programme, a valid mobile number is required. It is your responsibility to keep OWELL updated with any changes to your contact information. OWELL cannot be held accountable for any loss of points or rewards due to outdated details.
  • Each member is entitled to only one programme account. OWELL reserves the right to refuse, merge, or close additional accounts at its discretion.
  • Your birth month is required for signup and cannot be changed. Registrants must provide the accurate birth month to qualify for birthday rewards.

2. Usage:

  • Collect and redeem points while shopping at OWELL retail outlets in Singapore.
  • Points and rewards hold no cash value and are non-exchangeable for cash.
  • To collect points or redeem rewards in-store, share your mobile number or email address and present identification with the name registered in the Programme. Occasional identity verification may occur to prevent fraudulent use or breaches of terms and conditions.
  • Your account, points, and rewards cannot be transferred, bought, sold, or traded.
  • Check your points by logging into your account at https://member.owellbodycare.com. In case of any inconsistency between your membership points and our internal records, the latter will prevail.

3. Points and Rewards:

  • For every SGD$1 spent at OWELL in a transaction using your account, members earn 1 point.
  • Rewards e-catalogue - Products and services are exclusively redeemable in-store with no purchase required. Please note that the rewards e-catalogue may vary monthly and is available while stocks last. OWELL reserves the right to change, alter, or terminate this offer at its sole discretion.
  • All products and services that are redeemed using points are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please check your redeemed items before leaving the store.
  • Points will be deducted for transactions involving returned or refunded products.
  • Points are generally earned on all purchases, except for service repairs, delivery charges, online purchases, and marketplaces (e.g. Shopee and Lazada).
  • Points expire after 24 months. Expired points will be automatically removed by the system without prior notification.
  • Birthday Rewards - Members receive 1.5X points for the first transaction in their birthday month. Unused birthday rewards expire after the birthday month.

4. Personal Information and Marketing:

  • We will use your personal information to manage your programme membership, conduct sales and marketing analysis, and enhance your marketing experience where applicable.   • If you have opted in to receive marketing communications from us, we will periodically contact you to share marketing updates, product information, promotions, special offers, and general OWELL news. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by accessing your account at https://member.owellbodycare.com/profile.
  • For those who have not opted in to receive marketing communications, we will exclusively communicate service-related information pertaining to your account.
