  2. Promotion can only be redeemed once per customer during the promotion period.

  4. Booking a store appointment does not guarantee immediate service, as availability depends on store traffic and staff capacity. Customers may need to wait before being assisted.
  5. OWELL reserves the right to reject individuals who are not suitable for the MedicFlow Pro Therapy session due to safety reasons.
